Purovets are looking for a veterinary surgeon wanting to join a large, supportive team at a veterinary hospital with 24-hour care. If you are looking for the next step in your career or to have the right practice and caseload in which to fully utilise your skills, we want to hear from you. Being a large site, they can accommodate different interests and so would love to have a chat with you to discuss the opportunities that we can offer.
Our client was established over 45 years ago and has since grown to a seven-site practice with an experienced team of 30 vets and 40 nurses. They are highly equipped with a hydrotherapy unit, CT, video endoscopy, laparoscopy and an orthopaedic service, enabling them to provide the highest standards of patient care whilst supporting their vets with a wide range of interests. With a diverse range of certificate holders, they are also keen to offer vets and nurses support and mentorship to explore and complete further CPD and certification in their area of choice.
Their dedicated night service is situated at the central hospital site in Warwick, providing case continuity and a high level of care. The vet team is led by 4 Clinical Directors who ensure that individuals feel supported and that teams collaborate and encourage discussion in regular M&M and vet meetings.
You will be based in the picturesque county of Warwickshire, with the main hospital site in Warwick itself. You will have the best of both worlds, with historic castles and beautiful countryside, including the nearby Cotswolds, and with Birmingham only a 30 minutes' drive and London a direct train away.
