Join a fast-growing Ecological Consultancy operating across South of England, seeking an experienced Ecologist to support on an array of projects, ideally holding Bat Level 2 Licence...

This is a hybrid role with 2 days in office per week, flexibility on days to allow for a greater work/life balance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Degree in Ecology related field
* Excellent report writing skills.
* Experience of Phase 1 Hab Surveys, UK Habs
* Experience within EcIA, BREEAM or BNG
* Hold at least 1 existing EPSM licenses e.g GCN or Bat
* Hold specialist mitigation class licenses (Bat :pw Impact Class or Badger Class)

Desirable Skills:

* Member of CIEEM
* Experienced use of QGIS, ArcMap, ArcGIS or CAD
* Line management and project coordination
* Networking experience (principal level)
* Interest / Experience in Biodiversity Net Gain
* Business Development / sales experience
