Hunter Adams are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Coordinator to join our client on a 12-month FTC basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our client’s business and gain valuable experience in the energy sector.

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions for our oil and gas client based in Aberdeen. This is a generalist role that involves coordination, administration and collaboration across the organisation. The successful candidate will be a key player in fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
• Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.

This position is based in Aberdeen and offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility for a combination of in-office and remote work as per business needs.
