Role overview

Supply Chain Support - Renal - Dual Sites

Site location will be dual working over Bromley & Sydenham Renal Sites

Please note: A full clean UK Drivers Licence is required for this opportunity as the individual will be driving over dual sites

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Professional to provide support across our Renal sites

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that wards and departments have a continuous supply of goods in line with the
Trust’s materials control system. You will order and control the receipt process for medical and surgical consumables on behalf of
the KCH NHS Trust, both non-Inventory as well as inventory managed products. This will include visiting the departments to an
agreed schedule, undertaking stock inventory using Omnicell Intelligent Cabinets, Automatic Data Capture (EDC) and other Materials
Management systems, raising Requisition orders and receipting goods electronically Investigate discrepancies, problem solving,
contacting suppliers and relaying information to Ward Managers. Undertake general administration duties including keeping up to
date files and records The Renal Dialysis role is a part time role with the duties remaining identical to that of the full time
position

In addition to this you will influence end users and help to standardise and rationalise products and services. Assist senior
staff to implement change to deliver for clients and continuously improve the service and enhance expertise.

You will provide support to the Material Management Teams, assisting with the receipt processed including goods put away, order
expedite and other associated inventory activities.

Please note we are interested in inventory management skills that you may bring

This is a full-time position

Mon-Fri 8am-16.30pm are the hours worked
