Job description
This is a great opportunity to join a leading luxury retail and e-commerce business based in Dartford as a permanent Database Manager.
To be Responsible for the management of Trade customer database held on CRM ensuring that all client information is current and accurate.
Daily monitoring of the Customer database ensuring that there are no duplicated Trade Accounts
* Complete a comprehensive investigation of all Trade Accounts to determine whether a Trade Account is deemed either active or inactive.
* Update the clients' details inc client type, main contact, address, telephone details, position and email address.
* Complete a Client Investigation documents for all active Trade Clients
* Report weekly all findings to the Customer Service Manager
* Assist in the formulation of strategically targeted guest lists for showroom & suppliers' events.
* Report weekly/monthly activity to line manager.
Essential
* Office based Customer Service experience
* Experience managing a high volume database.
* Experience dealing with Trade Clients
This is a Monday to Friday role, working 37.5 hours a week.
