Job description
Are you able to help our clients get ready for employment - Supporting with group sessions around employability including some of the below:
Personal Branding, Time management, Sector industry jobs, over 50's group
What will you be doing?We need volunteers who can deliver coaching sessions to help clients improve their confidence, motivation and other areas around employability that will help them find and sustain employment. You'll coach clients in a group setting on virtual platform.
We also are looking for employment experts who can host group sessions to support with employability & challenges in the labour market, how to adapt CVs, how to search for jobs, how to present yourself at interview and more.
By offering this help, you will give our clients a chance to practise their job seeking skills and share your experience and knowledge from your own career.
This volunteering opportunity at present is being delivered via a combination of online and telephone appointments.
Successful applicants will be asked to completed a DBS check at an enhanced level.
Although this opportunity is remote volunteering from home due to the nature of and way our service is delivered this opportunity is only available within the United Kingdom ( UK ).

• Want to help people facing disadvantage work towards achievable goals
• Are able to work with groups of vulnerable adults
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a professional manner and the ability to work independently
• Have patience and excellent listening skills
