An established high street law firm in Gloucester that is committed to personal injury claims and medical negligence is seeking a junior-level solicitor to join the busy personal injury team.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive experienced in handling multi-track RTA and EL/PL claims. They will be responsible for managing a caseload of claimant files and working as part of a dynamic team to ensure the best outcomes clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of claimant multi-track RTA and EL/PL files
• Communicating with clients, counsel, defendants, and other parties involved in the case
• Gathering and reviewing documentation and evidence
• Progressing cases in line with client expectations
• Actively participating in Business Development efforts to increase the department's and company's visibility
• Regularly updating clients on the current status of their case, including costs
• Strictly adhering to client protocols and procedures
• Undertaking any other responsibilities that correspond with this role

Person Specification:

• 1-3 years’ post qualification experience in handling portal and non-portal, fast track and multi-track personal injury claims including litigated work
• Experience in handling EL and PL claims
• Commercially aware
