Housing options officer needed in Ellesmere Port £25ph ref 5242975
Initial short term, 3 month contract to work solely with refugee and asylum seeker customers within the Housing Reduction Act 2017 framework.
Relieving asylum seeker/refugee homelessness, making all the decisions & owing the duties within the HRA framework. Mainly working from home but expectation that at least one day in office in Ellesmere Port (negotiable). Must be experienced in HRA & giving housing advice and helping people find somewhere to live.
