Location: Watkins Hire Ltd Walsall, Brineton Street, Quayside Drive, Walsall, WS2 9LA, UK

HVAC Rental is now recruiting for a Fleet Service Manager. The main duty of this role is to ensure equipment in our depot has up to date real time availability and is maintained to a high standard and ready for hire.

What will you be doing?

• Overseeing Fleet Availability – supporting & working hand in hand with depot supervisors to drive system real-time availability across our depot network
• Establishing online availability systems to monitor equipment hire readiness
• Implementing fleet availability dashboards across depot network / local dashboards to assist local teams
• System/dashboard training - supporting local teams with dashboard training to drive better fleet visibility / real-time detail/service records
• Generating weekly fleet availability reports
• Regular interaction with depot/workshop supervisors to support local teams
• Working with depot supervisors to track turnbacks, quality/service improvements to improve customer experience
• Supporting managers/supervisors with pro-active sourcing of equipment

What we’re looking for:

• Experience within a similar role
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Someone who adjusts to pressure and changing business conditions
• Confident and articulate
• Ideally with a hire/rental understanding and or a service industry background
• UK Driving Licence
