Job description

Job role:  Learning & Development Trainer

Location: Hybrid, Birmingham-Luton-Leicester 

Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week.

The Job Role

As a Learning and Development  Trainer you will contribute to our vision of being the UK’s favourite property manager by contributing to the successful implementation of the Learning and Development strategy, with the development and delivery of high-quality blended solutions including classroom, virtual and digital learning solutions.

This role will be working collaboratively with the L&D team, the wider People team, and stakeholders across our operational teams.
