Job description

Bury Plastics Ltd in Radcliffe are recruiting for an Apprentice Warehouse Operative. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative qualification which will take approximately 14 months to complete.

Job duties will include:
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Maintaining stock levels
• Using the computer to update databases
• Completing orders and quotations
• Using Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF's
• Scanning documents and using Outlook
• Building up Supplier relationships
• Ordering stock items
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Taking orders over the phone and dealing with queries as they arise
• Some heavy lifting may be required
• General Housekeeping duties

5 days out 6, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturday, 8:00am-12:00pm, 1 hour break, 40 hours per week
