Job description
We are looking for a dynamic history teacher responsible for delivering history within a small school to start in January or sooner. We offer up to 0.6 (part-time), but we will be flexible for the right candidate.
We are a hospital school set beside Rhodes Wood Hospital, an eating disorder unit. The pupils in our care are aged between 8 to 18 years, with a primary diagnosis of an eating disorder. As part of their hospital stay, pupils are able to keep up with their studies in our school, which is instrumental to them when they are reintegrated back into their mainstream school setting.
We are looking for a well-qualified History teacher to join our teaching team. The ability to teach history at key stages 3 and 4 is essential. Even better if you can teach history up to A-level but not essential.
