Role: Electrical Qualified Supervisor
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Benefits
Location: Slough
Join a leading commercial maintenance business operating nationwide, offering engineering services to diverse commercial sites. We’re currently seeking an Electrical Qualified Supervisor to bolster the team in Slough.
Ideal for individuals experienced in managing teams of Electrical Engineers, this role offers the chance to step into a leadership position. You’ll play a crucial role in making strategic decisions, identifying investment opportunities, and enhancing customer service standards.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee a team of Electrical Engineers, with the potential to become a key decision-maker.
– Strategically assess investment options to improve client services.
– Handle tasks related to distribution boards, LV systems, emergency light testing, and LVAP duties.
– Stay informed about statutory changes, industry best practices, and updates.
Ideal Experience:
– Minimum of two years in a supervisory or managerial role in electrical installation work.
– Proficient understanding of Electricity at Work Regulations and BS 7671 standards.
– Strong grasp of inspection, testing, verification, and certification procedures.
Ideal Qualifications:
– Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Installation.
– Level 3 Qualification in Inspection and Testing (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent).
– Completion of the AM2 Assessment and Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671:2018 (18th Edition).
