Due to our current Maintenance Manager having been promoted to a role as Regional Property Manager within Aimbridge, the exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our wonderful team at the award-winning Hampton by Hilton Canterbury.
As Maintenance Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience by working on your own initiative to ensure that the hotel is always operating at the highest standards. You will manage all proactive and reactive maintenance, external contractors, and hotels teams in line with the departmental budget. You will support HOD’s to ensure all teams are correctly trained in the use of equipment and health & safety standards within the hotel.
Based in the Hampton by Hilton Canterbury Hotel you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
