The Project

I'm currently recruiting for a Credit Controller working with a large Financial Services client that will be looking at overdue debts and backlogs. It will require you to chase brokers to understand what challenges they face and why they're not paying their debts. It will require you to pass information across to the right sides of the business, match receipts with invoices and build strong relationships throughout. Our client are currently chasing around 10 thousand items which equals a 4-to-5-million-pound monetary value.

What you will bring to the role:

• Credit Control Subject Matter expert.
• Understanding/experience of general insurance preferable.
• Dealing with insurance brokers.
• Good communication, rapport building skills.
• Required to make outbound Teams calls.
• Understanding queries (eg policy related, broker commission related) and liaising with underwriting/Ops to resolve.
• Experienced/competent in reconciliations/matching of data
• Ability to work quickly, in a fast-paced environment Interested to see your thoughts.

The role can offer hybrid working from a number of locations across the UK, including - Perth, Norwich, London, Bristol and York.
