We are looking for confident communicators to join the Rural Payments Agency (RPA), to help provide an excellent service for our customers.

RPA plays an important role in supporting our food and farming industry, and helping rural communities create a better place to live.

This post is for an Executive Officer within the Programme Management Office (PMO). Undertaking a diverse range of business support functions to support the delivery of the programmes various projects.

Description of Role:

• Support a variety of activities relating to the successful delivery of ongoing projects within the programme.
• Use Microsoft documents to track, maintain and monitor sensitive data around recruitment, training, capability, risks and governance forums.
• Ensure projects develop and maintain appropriate project documentation e.g., Business Cases, Project Plans, Risks and Issues Logs, Lessons Learned reports.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with programme and project managers, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Take a proactive approach in your own learning and development along the Project Portfolio Management profession career path.
• Be able to challenge current ways of working and suggest change and improvements on PMO processes throughout the lifecycle of the project.
