Job Description
As a HR Advisor you will:
- Employee Relations:
- Provide initial support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in managing employee relations matters and maintaining positive workplace culture.
- Give sound HR Advice regarding disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and dismissal procedures.
- Collaborate with employees to provide HR advice, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports if required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Advisor will have:
- Experience as a HR Advisor/ HR Officer or hold a CIPD qualification.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic HRIS knowledge.
- Knowledge of employment law and general HR policies and procedures.
