Job description

As one of our Mechanical System Design Engineers you will be responsible for designing test systems within the businesses Test and Measurement Department to deliver product test systems and equipment. The Test and Measurement Department designs and provides the global pressure business with custom equipment, examples include pressure test installations, test looms, and electrical test interface assemblies.As a Mechanical Systems Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing Test Systems for use within the manufacturing areas and comply with all the necessary standards and safety requirements.
• Being Fully engaged with all aspects of projects from Concept design through to Construction & Testing.
• Working with a diverse Mechanical design team to generate continual improvement processes.
• Develop and maintain good technical relationships with our external suppliers
