Architect, Maidstone, £35k - £45k DOE

Opportunity for an Architect to join a house developer producing high quality and unique homes in Kent. You will be expected to be able to work independently and produce a variety of drawing types such as Master planning, sketching, detailied planning drawings, elevations and site plans using AutoCAD, Indesign and Photoshop.

Preferred previous developer experience will be preferred, have excellent design skills and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Role:

• Lisaising with external consultants, councils, sales and marketing, social housing and the technical team
• Produce high quality drawings across a variety of RIBA stages
• Recognised RIBA / ARB qualification
• Able to manage planning applications and building regulations
• Have a good understanding and local knowledge of the area
• AutoCAD, Indesign and Photoshop skills
• Able to work independently and manage own work load
