An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a forward thinking and established business in Lancaster on a permanent basis.
As Finance you'll play a vital role in providing sound financial information to drive commercial performance of the business
You'll be someone naturally great with numbers and have a commercial focus because the role is fundamental in ensuring that the company continues to be leaders in their field.

About the role
Based in Lancaster you will be responsible for:
Preparation of monthly management accounts for all entities, providing full commentary and detailed & intuitive management packs
Working closely with operational teams, providing support on effective costing to ensure profitability
Management of small team
About you
The ideal candidate for this position must have:
Experience within a commercial Financial Management role
Excellent people management & communication skills
Experience in effective cost & profit analysis
Strong excel skills
Highly adaptable and self driven
Experience which is not essential but desirable includes:
Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by experience (minimum 5 years)

What's on offer
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
