Our client is a leading FMCG Distributor who are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to manage the night shift at their site in Staffordshire, on a Sunday – Thursday basis.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing and developing the busy operations teams across the night shift in the multi-temp Warehouse.You will be capable of leading, coaching and developing your team (c50FTEs) to manage a number of KPI’s.Manage Health and Safety on siteEnsure all training and development needs are met
Warehouse Manager Candidate:
From a FMCG background with excellent People Management skills; able to engage, motivate and achieve resultsExcellent Communicator with previous Warehouse Management experienceHaving the ability to clearly identify and prioritise workloads is essential ensuring that all tasks are completed safety and to standard within the required timescales
