Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing start-up recruitment brand in the Halesowen area. They are looking for a graduate calibre individual to come onboard at what is an exciting time for the business. This is a great step into a new career path with a company that will provide the opportunity to learn and develop.

Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Manage relationships with SME and PLC clients.
• Develop strong client relationships with senior directors.
• Proactively plan recruitment with line managers.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to on-boarding.
• Drive exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, advertising, and professional tools.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.

The successful candidate:

• Degree educated.
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer service is useful but not required.
• A desire to make a difference and contribute to a growing start-up.
• Strong IT and communication skills.
• Good work ethic and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Full training provided to develop you into a successful Recruitment Consultant.
• Impact the direction and vision of a growing business, in which your opinions will be valued.
• Chance to earn commission on top of your base salary.
