About You

We’re looking for someone who knows how to put on a great show – training is part subject matter expertise, part performance. To be successful with us, you’ll need to be good at both. The knowledge will come from an uncontainable enthusiasm for software training and experience in inspiring and motivating a classroom full of delegates. The ideal candidate must have:

• A minimum of 2-3 years Training Delivery experience working in eLearning/Creative industries
• Experience in delivering engaging Virtual Training via Zoom or MS Teams
• eLearning Authoring tool/content development tool experience including Articulate Storyline
• A high achiever who is driven by excellence and attention to detail
• A focus on outstanding customer service and high standards
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships, engage, motivate, and inspire
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

About The Role

You will deliver compelling classroom and virtual training to a wide variety of customers from every industry. You will be training experienced software users and novices alike, so knowing how to manage this dynamically in the training room is essential.

Presenting to groups of up to 20 learners, you’ll deliver engaging training at company locations, customer sites and virtually via Zoom and MS Teams, providing customers with the knowledge they need to succeed. Your training style will be so infectious, you will create raving fans every time.

• Deliver classroom and virtual training on our eLearning authoring tool, Articulate 360
• Provide exceptional customer service to delegates pre, during and post training course through all verbal and written communication
• Build upon all training materials to ensure you are delivering consistently with other Trainers
• Liaise with clients about their bespoke learning needs and design and deliver tailored training
• Maintain an appetite for emerging innovations in design, media, software, digital education, and gaming
• Develop and upskill yourself and others to ensure the ability to utilise design tools and software
