Real Estate - Senior Associate/Partner - London with hybrid working
Client
A US based law firm with offices internationally that is well established, yet building year on year growth.
Role
- To provide practical and creative legal counsel, while assisting clients in complying with regulatory, statutory and other legal mandates.
- Represent a broad range of clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, real estate backed financings, development and related planning, environmental and construction issues.
- Clients range from lenders, REITs, property developers and investment managers.
- Sectors include Energy, Construction, Education, Healthcare / Life Sciences, Hospitality.
You
- Senior 8+ PQE lawyer to build your own offering from an existing book of business.
- Ability to lead and work well with others along with balanced judgment, common sense, initiative and the capacity to confront and resolve a variety of situations.
- Have an entrepreneurial passion and deliver responsive representation.
