Receptionist Harrogate Temporary

£11.00ph 37.5 hrs Monday - Friday

This is an exciting opportunity for a temporary receptionist to join the team at this long established local company on a busy and professional reception desk

• Meet and greet visitors to the office
• Professionally answer incoming calls
• Take messages and transfer to relevant department / person
• Ensure everyone is dealt with in a friendly and respectful manner
• General admin duties

The role would suit someone who has previously worked in a customer faced setting

We would expect the receptionist to be able to work under pressure whilst managing the work load effectively you would be able to

• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Communicate both written and verbally to a high standard
