Finance Manager
We are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing manufacturing business located in Northwich in the recruitment of a finance manager.
The business is seeking to appoint a dynamic, hands-on and driven finance manager on an upward trajectory in their career. You will be managing and optimising financial processes within the business, responsible for overseeing the month end process, financial planning and analysis, budget management and financial reporting.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.
- Working with department heads to develop annual budgets.
- Track budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control.
- Accurate financial reporting to senior management.
- Oversee the day-to-day finance department functions.
- Year end audit & Month End Management Accounts
- Managing a small finance team
YOU:
- Experience working in a fast pace finance function
- Part-qualified, finalist CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA/ AAT or QBE
- Strong knowledge of month end processes, financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience working within a logistics or transportation industry desirable
- Experience with SAP financial software and Microsoft Excel desirable
