Job description
Do you want to use your interpersonal skills over the telephone to make a difference to people affected by dementia, by discussing with them their evaluations of Alzheimer’s Society services? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
As an Evaluation Volunteer, you will be completing evaluation forms over the phone with people affected by dementia and allowing them to have a chance to feed back to us. You will keep records of all conversations, which will enable us to see measurable outcomes and reports generated from your calls. You will help us to reach more people affected by dementia and ensure that we are providing the best services possible by being evidence led.
This opportunity could be done from home or from our office at Horsham St Faith near Norwich airport. If you are interested in helping provide feedback to improve services or enjoy data gathering and entry please help us. We call a selection of our service users at random to get an insight into what is working well for them. If you are polite and patient please get in touch.
