Job description
We are looking to recruit a part-time, Cleaning Operative on a bi-weekly basis (21.5 hours a week, every fortnight) in the Newmarket area.
This role will be to work 3 days per week, but on a fortnightly basis.
Some prior professional Cleaning experience would be advantageous.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car required.
Core Responsibilities - Bi-Weekly Cleaning Operative / Cleaner:
- Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
- Hovering of carpeted areas.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels (if contractual).
- Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
- Clean communal kitchen areas
