Clinical Report Administrator & Project Support

Hybrid - Epsom | Fixed-Term Contract: 12 months | Full-Time

Competitive salary available, depending on experience

37.5 hours oer week - Flexible hours within business hours (0800hrs - 1800hrs) Monday to Friday

That's why we are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Report Administrator & Project Support . This role forms part of the clinical governance report checking function to ensure our patients receive appropriate level of treatment across our Network. Reporting to our Clinical Governance Co-ordinator, this account holder manages the co-ordination and administration of physiotherapy report checking with a focus on treatment sessions, SLAs, T&Cs etc. The post-holder must ensure that clinical governance reports are completed in line with operational standards, contractual agreements, and SLAs. Where required, these Administrators will escalate clinical queries relating to reports to our on-duty Clinical Report Checkers.

The role will also form part of the project team responsible for implementing software used to capture clinical outcomes from hospital patients. As part of this project the role will work closely with the supplier and Nuffield Health hospitals to collate information, run reports and co-ordinate meetings and training. The role will also be responsible for escalating any issues to the project lead and tracking KPIs against agreed goals - for this element of the role managed will be provided by the Clinical Outcomes & Performance Lead.
