Job description
The job requires some mechanical knowledge for dealing with the production lines as well as electrical knowledge. Some Electronics background and a knowledge of ISO9001:2015 quality management systems and internal auditing skills. A knowledge of Excel and Word is also essential.
Tasks include:
Production planning (in conjunction with sales)
New model assessment (samples to components) & New model introduction.
Solving production problems
Technical support for the call centre, parts department, sales team and large customers
Technical liaison with China office
QC management
Maintenance and repair of the production lines
Factory lighting maintenance
Instruction books/Technical specs & artwork approval for all models
IS09001:2015 preparation of paperwork and documentation and liaison with external auditor to ensure continued certification.
Planning and supervising reworks of products
PAT testing
Returns rate analysis
Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 5pm
Fridays 7.30am- 2.30pm
