Job description
I am looking for a Deputy Manager to join a fantastic team at a well established supported living service in Radstock. This is a great opportunity to join a service where you can work closely with the Manager and develop your career and the team to deliver the best support possible to the people we support to help them maintain their independence.
This is an 8 bed service which specializes in Autism.
The position is for 40 hours per week and will include working in an office environment and on the floor supporting the individuals. You must be willing to be flexible with your working hours, covering evenings and the occasional night shifts as well as scheduled on call duties.
