Contentious Trust & Probate Lawyer

An established and successful law firm in Salisbury has a requirement due to further growth within their specialist Contentious and Trust and Probate team, part of a wider Commercial Litigation Team with an enviable reputation across the South, they require a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal to work upon a wide range of contentious private client work. In addition, the firm's Private Client function is arguably one of the largest across the South and attracts high calibre clients requiring first class legal advice.

The Contentious Trust and Probate team require the successful person to have experience in dealing with contentious trust and probate matters in all situations for beneficiaries, executors, estates, trustees, attorneys and charities to include:

·Claims under Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
·Disputed Wills
·Proprietary estoppel claims
·Trust disputes
·Statutory Wills
·Contested Court of Protection applications
·Caveats, Warnings and Citations
·Removal of Executors and Trustees
·Maladministration of Estates and Trusts
·Rectification claims
·Will Construction claims
·Tracing of estate and trust assets
·Constructive / Resulting Trusts
·Challenging Attorney's appointments and actions (Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney)
·Challenging Deputy's appointment and actions

Candidates will also need to have strong organisation skills and be dynamic in their approach. The ability to work as part of a friendly team and deliver excellent client service at all times is also essential to this role.
