A prestigious school based in the Harlesden area looking for a Chef Manager to join the brigade in assisting preparing food to agreed high standards. You will be catering for 300 covers.
Based in a great location, on top of a great salary of up to £14 per hour there will be great training opportunities.
Key Information:
Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: Mon - Fri, 7.30am - 2.30pm
Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Chef Manager will Include:
To ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect to the set standards
To support in maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within a budget
To be responsible for maintaining up to date product and menu knowledge
Lead, develop, coach, train, and inspire your team
Have full control of stock, food, and labour costs
Ensure consistency of food and service standards
Manage and improve all controllable costs
Deliver exceptional customer service
Carry out regular audits
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as Chef Manager or Head Chef
OND or HND qualified would be advantageous
Craft based experience using fresh ingredients
Knowledge of health and safety practises
Line management experience is advantageous
