£10.90 per hour + service charge (estimated and up to £12.90 per hour)

We are currently looking for a small team of sales and customer experience supervisors to join our award winning Shelter Hall venue!

Hospitality is changing…. Change with us!

Shelter Hall is owned by Sessions, our goal is to help founder-led businesses, rapidly scale their food concepts. We place their brands in our own food market halls, dark kitchens and also, third party venues we partner with.

This role is based within the award winning Shelter Hall Food Market on Brighton seafront! Shelter Hall is made up of 7 kitchens and 2 bars split across 2 floors, with private dining and unbeatable outside space.
Combining a fantastic choice of cuisines for our guests all ordered through the Shelter Hall app.

  What will you do?
  • Primarily with a weekend focus, you will drive sales and ensure the customer experience standards have been achieved. 
  • Be our primary contact with customers after our host team has seated them to assist with upselling of 2nd and 3rd round drinks / ensuring guests are happy with food & drink / helping with any regular ordering issues
  • Work under / with a strong management team with strong communication
  • Have knowledge and passion about food & drink
  • Strong work ethic/willing to help out wherever needed
    
  • Keep the team happy, performing and motivated
  • Step in to solve any guest issues when most senior on shift

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Basic ipad - tech knowledge
• Friendly, positive attitude
  
  
• Confident speaking to new people
• A good level of English language
• Right to work in the UK
