Our client is an award winning full service law firm near London with an outstanding reputation for commercial property. As a solicitor in this legal 500 rated commercial property department you will be advising a variety of clients in London and nationally. Work includes advising on general commercial property transactions, development, secured lending, planning and construction.
Experience of acquisition & disposals, commercial leases, ancillary documents and secured leading would be an advantage but more important is a desire to work in a friendly team who will support you in your professional development.
If you are bright, ambitious, and have at least 6 months experience in commercial property this could be your idea role. You will be provided with full ongoing training and support to fully develop your career.
As well as more junior lawyers our client is also interested in speaking with more senior Commercial Property Lawyers looking for their next step.
