TREASURY MANAGER - PE BACKED MANUFACTURING BUSINESS - IMMEDIATE START

Client Details

Our client are a high growth PE backed Manufacturing business headquartered in the Reading area.

Following a demerger and separation, our client is looking to attract an experienced Treasury manager to help put processes and structures in place alongside working closely with the accounting team on acquisition, interest and lease accounting.

Description

• Create process and calculations for actual and forecast
• FX and hedging strategy
• Intercompany loan management process set up
• Support the project team with initial accounting for acquisition accounting
• Accounting policy implementation - interest accounting, lease accounting

Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA)
• Prior experience working in an operational treasury capacity
• Experience working on acquisitions and setting up processes
