Maintenance Supervisor (Mon – Fri, 7am – 3.30pm)
Based in the Lisburn area my client is a global manufacturer who are one of the leading employers in the area. They are a large employer who operate on a global basis and are currently seeking to recruit for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for a team of multi skilled Maintenance Engineers. They have not had a vacancy at this level for a considerable number of years, so it is a great opportunity to join their team. On offer is a salary of £40,000 - £46,200, 33 holidays, pension, death in service, sick pay, private healthcare and subsidised canteen.
Role – Maintenance Supervisor
· Delegate and supervise the work of maintenance personnel on a daily basis. Provide technical back-up and guidance as necessary.
· Provide assistance in terms of personnel and technical support to shift maintenance squads during major breakdown situations.
· Co-ordinate and supervise work required on plant and machinery with respect to machine upgrade projects and health and safety needs.
· Provide feedback to the Lean Engineer regarding improvement ideas and identify areas of weakness.
· Procurement of parts as required and creation of stock items.

·2 years’ experience of working in a maintenance role in a manufacturing setting
