Job description

The Key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Training analysis and everything to do with Talent Management
• Talent planning
• Strategising for the entire workforce and working very closely with the Talent manager to do so
• Participating in operations and uplifting the skills of the whole team
• Training analysis
• Assist in building frameworks for the organisation
• Building the L&D function from scratch
• Single scope role but may involve some coaching
• Dealing with a 50/50 blue and white collar workforce
