Customer Service Advisor

Do you currently work in a Customer Service role? Are you looking to move into a new permanent position?
First Call Talent Solutions are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for our clients nationally recognised company who are a specialist within their field.
The role is covering their Head Office function on a specific product sold into the automotive sector, providing excellent levels of customer service to their customers and internal departments.
The company produce and supply a range of automotive products and are looking to add to their team. This is an exciting time to be joining our clients team with expansions planned throughout 2024.
This role is being recruited for in: Leicester, LE19 + National Operations.
Immediate interviews and starts are available.
Candidate duties will include:
Candidates will come from a Customer Service, Sales Administration or Sales Support background, have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage a very busy, varied workload.
Hours or work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Starting salary up to 25kpa depending on experience + Excellent Company Benefits, including annual bonus.
This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis, with immediate interviews and starts available.
