This 12-month FTC will allow you a great step-up opportunity to work in a multi-site business and fast track your HR career.

Maternity cover has presented a great opportunity for a People Advisor to come in and work closely with a fantastic HR function that have an exciting mission to improve the people agenda. This would suit you if you are a HR Administrator/Co-ordinator looking for that first step into a bigger role, or someone already at that level who would like to join a larger business.

This HR position will be working Monday-Friday in a fast-moving food manufacturing business and so a proactive nature is required in order to manage with the pace of the business. This is a generalist HR role in which you will be involved in a number of areas whilst ensuring that the company's policies and procedures are adhered to. Other key areas for this role will be:

Recruitment and Selection
Employee Relations
Working closely with specialist teams
Project work

This is a great position to join a market leading food manufacturing business in its particular market sector. Recent changes within the organisation have resulted in a real push to improve the people plan and so now is a great time to join. In addition, you will be working with some excellent people in your team to act as mentors and continue to develop your skills and abilities.

This business is ideally looking for someone that has worked in a HR environment within a FMCG / Manufacturing but are open to sector as long as you have a positive attitude and can work at pace.
