Job Description

As an O2C Analyst, you will be responsible for the procedures that govern the receipt, processing and invoicing of customer purchase orders through to collecting and allocating the cash. This will cover all sales across the group globally.

This is a critical role, as strong performance across these areas results in improved working capital and is a key metric of business success. The Graduate Finance Analyst will work closely with teams inside the organization as well as with external customers to ensure the processes are understood and followed, and priority is placed on their importance.

Main responsibilities:

• Order processing and tracking
• Managing and monitoring of invoice timelines including renewals
• Managing the accounts receivable, ensuring customers pay on time
• Collaborating with teams inside and outside (sales, professional services, customers, finance)
• Monthly AR reconciliations and ageing reporting
• Support New system Implementation. A part of the role will involve pro-actively raising and resolving any problems that arise within the system or in processes as the tool goes live
• Supporting group and local stat audit requests
• Fulfilling ad hoc requests

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal O2C Analyst will be someone that has had the opportunity to gain some experience within a busy finance team and is now looking to step up into a busier and a role with more commercial importance. A key part of this will be someone who is able to liaise across all levels internally and externally so a clear communication style is going to be crucial.
