Repairs Coordinator
Description
We are looking for a skilled and organized Repairs Coordinator to join our team. As a Repairs Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the repair process for our company's products and equipment. Your main goal will be to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner, while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers and technicians regarding repairs. You will be responsible for scheduling repairs, coordinating with technicians, and following up on the progress of repairs. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of repairs, including documenting any issues or defects found during the repair process.
The Repairs Coordinator will work closely with our Customer Service team to ensure that customers are informed about the status of their repairs and are provided with any necessary updates. You will also collaborate with our Purchasing team to ensure that the necessary parts and materials are available for repairs.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills. You should also have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have a strong technical aptitude and be able to understand the repair process for our company's products and equipment.

Responsibilities
Schedule repairs and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion
Maintain accurate records of repairs, including documenting any issues or defects found
Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of their repairs
Collaborate with Purchasing team to ensure that necessary parts and materials are available for repairs
Coordinate with Customer Service team to address customer inquiries and concerns
Conduct regular inspections of repaired equipment to ensure quality standards are met
Provide assistance and support to technicians as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or customer service setting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex repair processes
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
Hours Per week: 35.00
Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £15.48
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
