Develop and implement strategies to achieve short, medium and longer term budgeted sales and margin.
Achieve sales growth in line with expectations of the budget for whole goods and aftermarket sales.
Preparation of technical information and quotations.
Manage the commercial position of the Company in its market, taking a balanced view of market share growth and margin improvement.
Take responsibility for promotion of company including organisation and attendance at trade shows.
Manage pricing and negotiate prices for new business within set parameters to achieve budgets and Company plans.
Take a lead position in all areas of business to resolve problems of supply, quality, liability, debt collection etc. ensuring a satisfactory outcome and looking for a win-win position where possible.
Responsible for establishing new customers as well as maintaining existing key account relationships.
Key Competencies:
Proven experience of sales management skills
Technical Experience in Compressor or similar industry
Good negotiating and influencing capabilities at a senior level
Good communication skills and able to effectively interact in all areas
High level of commercial awareness
Qualifications:
Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or in business/sales areas
