An award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy have a fantastic opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant with a technical focus, and it would be ideal if you have some experience in healthcare projects

The practice have a healthy pipeline of work and offer a wide range of interesting projects covering residential, Education, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors.

The Role and requirements:

• Recognised RIBA Part 2 qualification
• Assisting with design development, product information
• Creating presentation drawings and 3D visuals/renders
• Excellent technical ability
• Preferred experience within healthcare projects
• Energy and enthusiasm to learn
• Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
• Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
• Visit site for inspections
• Proficiency in Revit is preferred but not mandatory
