Job description

Receptionist - Fixed term til 28 February 2025 Grade 2 £22,366 to £23,114 per annum (£19,408 to £20,057 pro rata to hours and weeks worked).
Permanent, 37 hours per week, Term Time only plus Teacher Training Days.
Monday to Thursday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm and 8.00 am/ 8.30 am to 3.30/ 4.00 pm on a Friday (half an hour unpaid lunch).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a welcoming, friendly and reliable individual to join our dedicated and enthusiastic administrative team to help with the smooth running at Richard Lee primary school.
You will be the face of our school; customer service will be your thing alongside a flexible ‘can do’ approach to working. We pride ourselves in our welcoming approach, positive attitude, our impressive facilities and building, and meeting, greeting and helping pupils, staff and everyone who visits our school is a fundamental part of this job. You will be confident when communicating with a wide range of stakeholders in customer facing situations and have sound admin, IT and organisational skills.
