Recruitment Resourcer

Coventry – CV6

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in the Coventry area of the West Midlands.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates for various engineering and manufacturing quality roles within our company, working at both our modern facility in Coventry and at other operational locations throughout the UK.

You will work closely with the operations management team to define job advert content and then start the identifying and engagement processes with potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.

The ideal candidate for this role has strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging with potential candidates within the engineering and quality management environments. Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing is essential. Previous experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates for various roles within the company
• Utilise different sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
• Complete pre-employment checks for candidates
• Maintain candidate database and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Maintain internal KPI’s to ensure our service is delivered to the highest standards 
• Assist with the coordination of interviews and assessment days
• Provide recruitment support to the operations team as needed
• Where required, meet with our customers to understand their requirements
• Build and maintain robust relationships with the operations teams
• Workly closely & effectively with the wider recruitment team
• Work closely with our recruitment partners / agencies to ensure service levels are maintain, tracking and responding to service level KPI’s

Requirements/ Experience:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing essential 
• A working understanding of GDPR guidance 

• Previous experience in use of job boards
• Excellent customer facing skills
• Experience of recruiting and onboarding of contractors 
• Experience in Temp to Perm recruitment 
• full UK driving licence and own transportation required

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a package including a starting salary of up to £28,000 per annum, Free Parking and Company pension scheme.
