Job description

My client is a well known, luxury household brand. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover Northern Ireland, selling their products into the retail market. Knowledge of the kitchen industry is preferred! Duties and responsibilities: * Selling the Company’s products to accounts within the designated sales territory taking responsibility for profitably growing the sales of products throughout the defined sales areas; * Monitoring sales data (i.e., sales and profit) for each account and keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs; * Prepare and maintain account profiles for each account customer; * Identify and create a strong loyal relationship with all key decision makers within each account; * Be aware of all competitive activities within major accounts; * Create and develop effective sales strategies; * Work closely with all members of the Area Sales team and the Sales Order Processing team; * Provide sales reports as required; * Deliver considered and quality sales presentations to customers, colleagues and senior management; * Proactive team member * Experienced sales professional with business to business experience; * Knowledge of the KBB sector would be a distinct advantage; * Driven to achieve and highly self motivated; * Excellent time management skills; * Excellent interpersonal skills, focused on building strong professional relationships with positive outcomes; * Excellent IT skills – drives digitality (Power point, Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience; * Well honed entrepreneurial skills; * Ambitious; Specific Requirements : * Successful candidate will have a full, clean driving licence; * Candidate will have a proven track record of sales achievements (to be discussed at interview); * Professional in both appearance and attitude; * Regularly goes the ‘extra mile’ * Comfortable with change, always focussed on success
