Job Title: Assistant Accountant (SAP Essential)
Location: Tamworth (1-2 days in the office)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Bank Reconciliations: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions through meticulous bank reconciliations.
Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage AR processes efficiently, including invoicing, receipts, and collections, to maintain healthy cash flow.
Accounts Payable (AP): Oversee AP functions, including processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payments.
Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.
Requirements:
SAP Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in SAP is essential for this role, enabling seamless integration with the company's financial systems.
Financial Acumen: Proven experience in bank reconciliations, AR, AP, and balance sheet reconciliations, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Deadline-Oriented: Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
