The Recruitment process

The role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our exceptional team based in Burton Latimer. As a crucial member of our organisation, you will play a key role in supporting our Engineering function across Weetabix.

This exciting position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level business partnering support and make a significant impact on our finance and company performance.

Requirements

The recipe

• Deliver insight into the periodic performance of Engineering spend vs budget / forecast (Factory & Central)

• Support key business partners in the management of their budgets

• Develop financial tools to aide decision making & insight

• Perform Quarterly forecasting & annual budget preparation

• Provide Capital ledger posting & reporting support

• Track/Report improvement plans, cost saving initiatives & capital opportunities

• Support cross-functional work teams i.e., tenders, restructures etc.

The key ingredients

Must haves

• Strong alignment to the Weetabix values

• Always curious to find new and better ways of working

• Great communication skills; experience of working & communicating with key stakeholders, specifically those without finance backgrounds

• Have the ability to appropriately prioritise tasks to deliver

• Excellent analytical / Excel skills

• Comfortable to challenge processes to drive improvement

Nice to haves

• FMCG, retail or food / other manufacturing background

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics AX2012R3 or similar ERP systems
