Management Role Summary As the Manager, Member Comms Execution - EMEA, you will play a critical role for Marriott International in the region by executing members' contact strategy efforts, working within a globally connected and locally empowered team. Your role will contribute to achieving loyalty program and B2C Marketing goals, driving localisation efforts, and evolving the way we communicate with Luxury brands’ guests. Your core responsibilities will include end-to-end management and execution of outbound marketing communications, consolidating performance reporting, and supporting the Member Comms team with calendar and process management. This role requires not only the ability to produce timely, engaging, dynamic, and high-quality email marketing campaign, but also project management skills. - Achieving and exceeding key annual EMEA marketing goals including revenue, mobile app downloads, member penetration, and points active goals.
- Driving localization efforts for key EMEA markets, ensuring in-language and tailored content to deeper member engagement.
- Evolving the way we communicate with the Luxury audience, incorporating the “luxury marketing strategy” to elevate luxury portfolio perception and ultimately, increase luxury penetration in EMEA markets.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute email marketing campaigns - producing and sending campaigns timely, engaging, dynamic, and high-quality communications.
- Work with the EMEA Member Communications team to understand strategic regional member communication delivery plans.
- Build and execute campaign briefs in Visual Editor from Epsilon Cloud Messaging email platform.
- Copywriting and working with teams & creative agency to ensure copy is engaging and effective.
- Provide links reference tables and link creation – as needed.
- Run campaign testing including QA processes to ensure campaigns are adequate to brief and industry best practices.
- Support Elite Events invitations campaigns execution.
Manage the email marketing program in Adobe Workfront management tool, and leverage efforts to optimize channel processes. - Schedule, manage timelines, and connect with stakeholders for campaign planning.
- Rollout Workfront and content framework to optimize campaign building.
- Partner to identify areas for process refinement and optimization in Adobe Workfront.
Consolidate Member Comms performance reporting and present KPI metrics.
- Report and monitor campaign performance and results.
- Partner with global teams to ensure Tableau Dashboards are accurate and resolve issues when details are missing.
- Collaborate with the team to present monthly and quarterly results to Senior leadership and stakeholders.
Support Member Comms team with other tasks allocated - Manage global marketing local submissions (MAU)
- Support METT campaigns testing, link QA, and stakeholder feedback.
- Enhance and communicate outbound channel best practices
Skills and experience we will look for in the ideal candidate to join our team: Marketing experience in a professional environment and understanding of outbound channels (email, push, sms) best practices.
- Strong project management skills, including a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams. Adobe Wokfront experience is a plus.
- Planning skills and proven ability to manage calendars and content.
- Creative approach and attention to detail
- Ability to apply analytical thinking to enhance outbound marketing programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- HTML coding knowledge will be a plus.
- Being fluent in languages will be a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
